I seems a newbie question cause it is but I'm can't figure out a real yes or no in the gym.

Is these combinations are applicable just by mirroring (reversing the image) to orthodox or is it pointless ?
Is it possible and useful to use some southpaw video like this, and use it for orthodox by reversing left and right ?
