    Pro fighter workout plan

    All pro fighters train two times a day when they are in camp for an upcoming fight.
    But how do they work out?

    Do they have 2 boxing sessions with a little strength training mixed in?

    Do they run in the morning and then box in the afternoon/ evening?

    Or maybe even run in the morning, box at midday and then again boxing in the evening?


    What is the approx. setup all pros seem to be following when they are in camp?
