I'm an amateur boxer and I've heard that weight Training makes you stiff from some people, but have heard it can also be used to your benefit. Can anyone recommended weighted exercises that can benefit a boxer (no heavy squats and things please)

How old are you 13 or 19?
If your young, I wouldnt bother to be honest, you'll start packing on weight when you fully mature into your frame (in reality I was still a bit thin and gangly at 18)
If your young concentrate on technique and timing and form, power naturally comes, work on mobility
If your older, squats and dead lifts have their place, work on rotating the trunk and lots of flexibilty drills. I stretch every morning and 20 mins of stretching after workout (im old, with a dodgy back and shoulders) (father time catches us all)
Personally pylometric pushups (double claps if your old school) and box jumps help a lot if you are really anti weights.
Have you tried suspension training TRX stuff, very good for muscle growyth and flexibilty and your core
Im no trainer, this is what works for me

Calisthenics workouts are perfect for kids and teens. Have them run through a circuit like this one 3 to 5 times and they will get excellent results:
You can also add a dumbbell circuit or switch between them on different days:

A well balanced training program that involves compound movements, body weight exercises, rotational work, and some sled pulling or dragging will go a long way. And don't forget the mobility work as mentioned above.
Keep it simple no need to over complicate it. Just like in boxing focus on technique when you're training your body with weights or body weight exercises.

Ill stick to bodyweight only, you can get a good workout with just your body weight. for boxing you dont want bulk at all.

Lanky muscle is ideal for boxing. Speed is power so honestly at a young age its better to focus on speed.
