Boxing training and tibia and forearm bone pain ?

    Hi all.
I started boxing about last year august, firstly i was doing only 2 1 hour sessions per week and then after month when i felt comfortable i did 3 then 4 and now since about October im doing 5 sessions for 1 hour + 1 hour sparring session.

The pain started in about November ? around that time it first started in right tibia bone. But i tried to ignore it and keep going to classes as i thought its just muscle pain or something. I had about 2 week break from any boxing activity or overall sports during Christmas time. I thought the pain would go away [well it did go away for about 2 weeks of training but it came back again now.

It's really sharp pain when i start doing some activity for example skipping, and its right on the edge of inner tibia about 3 inch away from ankle and the pain is in radius of 2/3 inches up from that point. It looks like its bone pain and not muscle.

I firstly thought its from twisting and moving my right foot too much [as im orthodox ] but then i did more skipping on the left leg and the left leg started to hurt as well so its definitely from skipping [jumping].

But about same day i started having same pain in the forearm bone area exactly the same pain just not so painful but the forearm seems to disappear now.
The pain goes away as i rest but as soon as i start skipping or jumping or carrying heavy stuff it comes back.

Did anyone had similar situation ? how did you resolved it ? If not what do you guys think it is ?

    Thanks !

I would go to a doctor. I remember when I started doing road work and everything was going fine for 2 weeks, but then all of a sudden I started getting sharp knee pain. It never really went away so switched up to bikes instead.

How out of shape and fat are you? If your really fat and out of shape, that probably explains it which would be my guess from the information you provided, especially considering you said it's a Problem with your lower body and upper body.

It could be a genetic issue also. I have a issue with my right hip joint, it only bothers me if I do leg lifts for my abs.

Also, How the heck do you know it's your tibia?

I'm not saying this to be a ****, but it sounds like your body is just soft. But what do I know.

I would go to a doctor right away but when i think about that i live in London and most ''doctors'' here are just ''doctors'' on paper and thinking that they will either tell me ''stop with exercising for month or so '' or '' Take paracetamol and/ or ibuprofen'' then i would rather use google to research.

The pain somehow disappeared not sure why and how, maybe stretching or diet change or that i skip less on hard surfaces
