When it comes to the hips.
So
Sparring, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, mitts, even weights exercises and running which involves the legs also use the hips.
For someone trying to gain as much control as possible over stubborn hips is it best to train them everyday or to have rest days ?
It seems athletes do one thing and gym goers do another, I dont believe all athletes are on roids, I do believe all serious athletes train nearly every single day, which seems to go against the "science" that it is more optimal to have rest days than to train everyday
With regards to recovery of the nervous system.
