I'm getting much less calories than I should anyway. I don't mind it.

Carbohydrates are missing nitrogen so how exactly can our body convert them into protein?.....it's not possible.

There was just a report thst basically proved it was sugar comoanies that were pushing false studies that fat was bad for you, and that fat was causing high cholesterol.

Eat the fat, cut the carbs.

Sugar and carbs are what's making this country unhealthy, before the prohibition this country barely ate carbs or sugar, and the country was skinny.

He is right about the fat, not about the protein. Carbohydrates are missing the amino-group (NH2-), thus it is not possible to convert them to proteins.

It has to do with the Krebs cycle I believe. Also it happens over the course of several reactions which use up a lot of energy obviously making it an unfavorable way to obtain protein.

The Krebs cycle is important for the generation of ATP, which is the energy source to build protein of amino acids in our body.
