I see a lot of parents pay a lot of money for their kids so there is $ in it so not just boxing necessarily, hell there are parents out there that would pay for someone to run their kids around the track. There was a lady in the apartment complex I used to live in that offered me money to take her chubby son on a run with me and my boys, I respectfully declined because hed hold us up, now that I think about it I shouldve started there...
But let me tell you this, if your focused on fitness for youths you will have to do a child protection course (you might already have that tho). But you will need someone their with you at all times. Never and I mean never be in a situation where its just you and a kid... People can be funny and if any accusation comes about you don't have a leg to stand on and its your word against theirs.
So if its that route your going down be careful and don't do it by yourself...
You can make your $ in the states id say with what you want to do...
Y don't you see if their is somewhere you can rent for an hour or 2 a week, check the prices on that, maybe your trainer can rent you an hour or so... Advertise for a class, see if you can get the numbers and work from their...
I really think the boxercise for women would be a perfect start point, then after awhile you could say to them your setting up a youth thing, if your doing well in the boxercise word of mouth will get around and they might bring their kids and stuff
