    Based on what goal?

    Generally speaking, eat eggs, meat and veggies mostly, and don't fry it and you'll be fine.

        Veggies like? I only eat spinach and lettuce. I eat a lot of fruits. I just dont want to gain fat and have a good physique. *Forgot cucumber and tomato

            I'd avoid fried foods and foods that spike your blood sugar. As long as you're responsible with your calories you won't gain weight and you definitely won't get fat if that's what you're worried about.

              That was my first thought. Actually all processed food. Avoid junk food like any type of potato chips, fast food of course and heavy sugar/corn syrup products like soda pop.

                For your second step, you can study the body's circadian rhythms and then apply that science to your daily meals.

                  One thing I learned in the beginning of summer after a weight gain and trying to shed some lbs was to cut out a lot of sodium. Avoid foods high in sodium. Overall itll just make you feel better along with losing stubborn weight.

                    why does sodium do that?

                    I always felt like a bloated piece of **** after eating overly salty food
