          thats koo get us some video and good luck. get some experiance, learn as much as you can so you can do an olympic tryouts

                seriously?? 3/4ths power. first its with bands on ur hands. then its with a 102 temp. what other excuses do you have. go all out and show us a god damn tape. nobody cares u could just say ur sparring normally.

                  Thats basically what it means. You looked aight in there, you didn't seem to be going all out,holding back a bit. I didnt know you had 0 fights either, you looked pretty goods for a ***** with no fights. I have had 1 fight and it was a year ago, i won by knockout and havent fought since but i am fighting again soon. Good luck with boxing.

                    no i dont get power punch happy when sparring. i want a get inside jab. cause my jab(although u didnt see in the video besides 1 times when i backed him up with it) is almost as powerful as my right
