Whats the sparring like at your club? do you find yourself easly beatin the guys your in with? are they not on your level? can they not take your punch? cos if they cant then you need better sparring partners, a guy came to my gym when i was 16 and he was 20 said to my trainer needed a young fit guy to spar with cos hes got a fight in 3 month n wanted a bit more experence with young strong kids, and i didnt even get into the second round and he said it was enough....and u only get told its enough for 2 things either your doin really well against someone our not ment to OR because you are gettin destroyed and he only hit me 7 times in 3 minutes...you need to step up the game in the gym, if u prepare for a hard time in the gym n hav hard times the fight will be alot easyier

the sparring in my gym is usally some what light. sometimes i turn it up, then when i pop them hard i have to settle back down. but when i go to other gyms i spar hard cause they try to take my head of so hell i'll do the same,only if the start it first. and im 95% doing well in the gym,the 5% is me with really bad stamina and i get really tired and dizzy and very off balanced. and there no need for me to have a real fight in my OWN gym. cause u said step the game up, hell im not gettin no money from beating the **** outta gyms at my OWN gym
