Study up on the glycemic indexes of foods, vary your caloric intake, clean proteins.

How often to you train? What kind of training are you doing.

Throw in yoga, stay flexible, and rest.

Don't consume garbage calories, or do so rarely.
This is great advice. Regulating your blood glucose and insulin levels is a great way to get your body working in harmony. Spikes or drops in your blood sugar is what makes people feel ****ty and over the years really wears down your body because it increases the workload for the rest of your body. If you want to start feeling good look up low glycemic foods and meal plans. You'll start feeling better after the first day. Good luck.

A lot of guys miss this part of the equation and don't get the benefits they could achieve.

It is harder to do at work, and I eat crap at times and feel like crap later. I gotta bring in my own meals.

Too bad we don't have a trader joes or whole foods in Japan.
