I want to talk about the skill improving time
I start doing boxing at may that gym for 6 month , I learned few stuff but nothing
meaningful, then i met a Guy who's Olympic national team with 200+ fight and
he give me a lot personal training session "most of it mitt work sessions" and I
improved my punching technique a lot thanks to him
then finally I found a proper boxing gym the best in the country and i been with
them for almost 3 months now and been training 3-4 times A week
but I feel that jam not improving or Iam not improving at the rate i want
always when I pick something I can improve very fast at it, except boxing!
it look so simple but yet its very hard!
yesterday sparring session was so bad that made me think deeply about this .
I could not touch the guy I didn't throw a proper punch I didn't do anything right
and eat a lot of good punches, he is a new member to the gym but very good boxer
I love the sport a lot but i know I started late (27 years of age) and I work 10+
hours a day in a mind numbing office job ,
and yesterday I seriously felt like I'am doing
everything wrong and I didn't get benefit out of all this training and its like i just
wasted 1 year doing nothing! and why I'am doing this!
yesterday I felt really bad but today i'am just thinking of how to do it right next
I read & watch a lot about boxing I have more information than any another guy at
the gym yet in the ring I feel like very novice
how to improve in boxing in general ? sparring in specific??
