Around the world bag setup

Check out this training video. I built an around the world bag setup in my home gym. It takes some getting used to but I really enjoy the workouts I am getting out of it.

That's actually kinda cool. I'm always looking for new gear to keep things fun.
I usually keep my double-end bag real springy to get a long, opponent-like rebound so I could see the round-the-world being a greater extreme of that.
I only have 9' clearance in my garage though.

Yeah that's the Jungle Gym in FL. They call it a "Dingle Bag". Same place I got the idea for my ROund the World Bag from.
