Doing reactive "Mayweather style" padwork with my bro (vid)

Doing some reactive "mayweather style" pad work with my twin brother, what you think!? anyone else do this style of pad work?

Sub to my youtube channel if you can, film studies and training videos, I really appreciate it.

Not bad, you're hitting with pop which is good. Too many people who copy this style of pad work just go through the motions.

hmm. All I see is pad work. What you seem to call "reactive" padwork, is just padwork to me.

Looks good, but I work the pads like this as well, it's how I was always taught, so while yes, you both look fine, it isn't impressive or anything, at least to me.

To the guy who asked "how did you learn this", go to a boxing gym and start training under someone worth their salt, if you are already boxing, you need to find a new trainer if you have been training for 2 years ish and you can't hit the pads with fluidity.

Granted, not everyone is agile, flexible, and has fast reflexes, but even face first brawler type fighters should be able to do basic things like roll punches and slip shots while doing pad work.
