    Using wrist weight's (while not in the gym)

    Sooooooo, I just taught of this and what do ye think...

    You know the way using wrist weights helps with speed and all that, well what would happen if you wore them nearly all day???

    Would you just have sore arms at the end of it,
    Or would it help with your speed and keeping your hands light when not wearing them???

    Could be ****** but just taught id see how people would perceive it ha

    i would imagine it wouldnt be healthy to constantly wear a weight on your wrists.
    may affect your posture, and basically every part of your body when you walk...
    but if you meant having a weight to use more often (say when u watch tv) then yea, sounds good. but dont try to work on things implicitly..

    that's not 100% scientific from me, but it makes sense to me.

      Funny, I just posted about wrist weights on a different thread. But anyways, I dont see a need to constantly wear wrist weights. I have a pair of everlast wrist weight (which I HIGHLY recommend) and I cant wait to take them off after a run so I couldnt imagine wearing the all day. BUT, my wrist weights can also be used at ankle weights and I dont see a problem wearing the ankle weights all day. If speed is what you are looking for, I also highly suggest getting a resistance band, Wal-Mart has a golds gym one for about $8 dollars and it works well for me and honestly I think my hands have gotten faster from using the resistance band more than the wrist weights, the wrist weights just make me look more cut lol Hope this is informative bro!
