Search on your computer to find proven pro trainers who have outlined training sessions explaining techniques and methods.
If you try to teach yourself or listen to peoples advice who never trained or competed you will not learn correctly.

Read reviews about internet video's on boxing and hopefully yoiu'll get a good start!
I trained boxing for many years and it would be impossible to train someone without at least a video corespondense let alone in person.
There are so many suttle things to learn and correct that just writing to you could never be successful.
    good luck.
    Ray

Go online and order home training excersise books to strenghting punching/core..etc...body work outs......just to keep in shape. Im assuming you have a heavy bag at home? if not you wont advance to what you should be doing...though theres dumb bell punching excersises its not the same thing. study film footage of MODERN fighters who know proper defense and offense......learn what style you like or want to develop and see how it worls out by feel. Dont go past your natural abiliy and try to replicate anyone out of your skill level. Not going to a gym is really a non issue if yiou are skilled enough now to teach yourself as long as you have a sparring partner here and there.again im assuming you mean basic training? im a self taught taught boxer really ,my first actual test was a toughman contest and later met Yuri Vaulin a former boxing champ when I was a young 20's,before my brother beat the living day lights out of me...so....my sole advice is hit the heavybag /study good solid fighters on video and try and dictate the same techniques.
