Calerie calculator, calculates the caleries I need with exercise.....................

    Calerie calculator, calculates the caleries I need with exercise.....................

    So I need to stick to 1760 calories per day, (this score was calculated with daily moderate exercise)

    But when im adding up my calories from what I eat do I also need to subtract the calories I burnt during my daily exercise or is that already done in the calorie calculators calculation?

    silly me

    you dont minus exercise calories because they have already been calculated for in your total, so you already have a higher calorie limit because of the exercise you do so taking away the calories from ur exercise and eating that amount more calories would make you go over your limit

    if the calculation had been made with no exercise selected, then you can take away the calories from your food in a day because the calculation didnt factor that in, so you now have to

    **** me low carbs sucks

      do some fitness research, like on bodybuilding.com for example.

      Invest in a fitbit smartwatch, and use the fitbit app on your mobile phone. If you are serious about fitness and boxing, then you should start counting calories, and tracking your macro intake (macronutrients).

      The addition/subtration will be done on the app so you don't have to do the math in your head. You will however need to do the math to figure out your TDEE for example, needed for accurate measurements. (Total Daily Energy Expenditure)

        Who's Calerie and why does ****ing her at the end of the day burn more calories than ****ing a normal ho?

          Mate if you don't have weight problems or trying to make weight, give it up. Be natural, eat healty stuff like vegatables, dairies and avoid bad fat and oil. I eat when i feel hungry and stop eating when I feel enough. All i calculate is protein intake. You will get all you need carbs, oils, vitamins etc when you eat healty anyway.
