    My routine, is it good?

Hey guys, just wondering what you think of my workout routine for boxing! I do this 6 days per week.

    -2km of running
    -30 minutes of cycling
    -5 minutes of skipping rope
    -pullups
    -dips
    -pullups for biceps
    -2km of running
    -15 minutes of abs workout
    -bag work
    -pushups

Doing the same thing every time you work out will mean that your body will not be making optimal gains - you wanna shake things up and keep yourself on your toes. Go hard one day, go a little easier the next, then go hard again the next day after that. Throw some swimming in there or a long run if you feel like it. I would go crazy if I did the same workout every time just out of sheer boredom but whatever, if it works it works. Also, you should probably do some shadowboxing too. Best bet is to ask your coach!

I have no coach because I don't have any boxing gym in my zone! I try to do less time running, more RPM on the bike, more pullups, more dips, etc. more each day, so I guess I go a bit harder everyday! I am 1,85m tall and weigh 68kg but I feel uncomfortable fighting from the outside so I wanted to put on some serious weight so my height could be below average on my weight division, so I'm trying to lose fat and gain resistance, strenght and mass at the same time! That's why I'm not sure about what I am doing! I run sometimes too eheh!

Um... I don't really know what to suggest - you sound like maybe you have done some boxing before? If so, you should know yourself what you need to work on. If not, keep up the fitness but seek out someone who can show you the boxing fundamentals. Fitness-wise, running is good as strong legs are needed for boxing and calisthenics (groundwork) too - burpees, snakes, dorsal raises, tuck jumps, leg raises, twist sit-ups, star jumps, etc.

IMHO, running and groundwork is all you need for a fitness base. As for boxing, you need supervision... if you don't you'll pick up bad habits. You might think you're hitting the bag like a boss and then when it comes to being in the ring fall to pieces. Depends what you want. If you wanna get as fit as a boxer, fine. If you wanna box, find a gym

Another thing I'd add is that make sure you listen to your body and give yourself time to rest and repair between hard workouts
