    Eat more carbs, rice, potatos, beans and fruits to get the energy you need for training,
    fiber you need for your digestion and vitamins + Minerals for your recovery.

    ^ He's right, if you are having tuna, eggs and chicken you are already well above your protein requirements. You could alternate between days with protein shakes and tuna if you're concerned with mercury. Carbs will help keep your training intensity up.

    Nonetheless, diet looks solid (albeit bland).
