What is the best workout for pro boxing ?

For boxing itself, sparring. For the conditioning of the body well there is no one exercise however if I could only pick one thing to do it would be work the heavybag and work it hard. A better answer is bag work (heavy, speed, double-end), running/swimming, and calisthenics.

In short, the basics that all the classic champs did. They are the "go to" workouts for a reason.
You should work on getting a good road work routine set up that works for you. Take your jump rope with you or do shadow boxing while you jog/run in intervals and do other workouts throughout the road work. Boxing requires lots of stamina and cardiovascular so don't leave out the roadwork everyday.
Another must is bag work, don't do just one type of bag and one style of punching everyday. They have different bags to work on different things. Heavy bag to simulate a body to punch and help your footwork to move smoothly around the bag while hitting. It also helps you learn to control your punches with the proper snap and footwork as well.
The speed bag will help your timing and accuracy a lot and your punching speed. Pushing your hand out fast for a punch doesn't help much if it comes back slower than it went out, that would leave you wide open.
Jump rope is your friend, great for cardio, stamina, timing, footwork, coordination. Get a decent one for $15 and get good at it. I used to do jump rope everyday at the bus stop while waiting for my bus. A little a day goes a long way.
And weights. Conditioning doesn't really make your punches stronger by much, only to some degree, but it does help build your body up to take more punishment. Marciano was strong as an ox and very conditioned, this helped him take unholy amounts of punishment and keep moving forward swinging.
I may not be an expert but I hope my advice has helped in some way.
Oh, and invest in some Title gloves, saved my shoulders and hands, well made and lasts through lots of punishment by this 225 lbs guy.

you are not actually hitting it wild. hitting it in a very controlled motion.

I personally believe the heavy bag is more important than the double end bag. You don't NEED a double-end bag (it does help to have) for training but you do need a heavy bag. Much more versatility with the heavy bag.
