    How can i burn MUSCLE ? (no trolling)

    Yes you heard it right lads. I want to break down some of my muscle. After 6 months , i noticed that i bulked up a bit somehow. I'm 134 lb right now (61 kg)
    I want to be 124-126 lb again (57 kg). But there is not much bodyfat on me so i have to breakdown some muscle.

    I'm ecto-meso btw. It's easy and i have knowledge when it comes to lose weight as fat, but muscle , it's whole different thing for me and complicated.

    Suggestions ?

    3 things you can do

    1. Swim a lot.

    2. Lots of elyptical machine

    3.lots of bag work .lets your hands go

    All while no weight lifting.

      As long as you have a calorie deficient you will lose weight and if you don't have much fat you will mainly lose it in muscle mass.

        Calorie deficit and no lifts of any kind.

        61 kg is very light though. It might be hard.

          Thanks for answers , i've been thinking of giving a shot to FASTING(only water). Fasting with training will have and effect i hope. I use no weights , just did deadlift but very very short period of time. Also , i think , increasing morning roadwork intensity and lenght can be good for losing muscle.

          Will try those and some of the strategies that you guys give me , and write down the reactions of my body in a week.

            If your gonna fast. Dont spar.

            I really suggest a swimming regimen .

              I know swimming is great , and like it wayyy tooo muchh but swimming can be done only in sea in this area. There isn't any swimming pool here. ridiculously , even this is the first day of fast , i'm feeling very very very energic. All of my movements , responds while talking , focusing on something , dramatically increased somehow. Although they happening , i'm showing mediocre performance at today's training.

              But i think , i'll earn my strength and endurance back by the time i stop losing weight at 57 kg.

                Its really not that complicated. Burn more calories than you consume, and ****s gonna be burnt off. First fat, then muscle.

                And unless you're 4'9", calling yourself an ecto-meso is a stretch, when u only weigh a buck 30

                  Just don't workout at all for a while. Or like other says, lower your macro nutrition intake than you normally do, and your body will burn off the fat first, then it would start to break down the muscle.

                  But its all about your diet. If you can consume less and burn more, you should be good. But make sure you do it safely.
