I'm just wondering if anyone else who checks out this forum has tried them. I like them and they give a good workout.

Oops, I'm sorry. My mistake. I forgot, the guy on bronzebow, John Peterson calls them Tiger Stretch Pushups and Tiger Wall Squats or something like that. Matt Furey is the one who calls them Hindu, but you have to order his program, the one at Bronzebow shows you for free. Sorry, i have it saved in my bookmarks but haven't checked in awhile....
On a side note, has anyone actually tried Matt Furey's program? I've heard good things about it, but haven't gotten it yet.Last edited by jason100x; 03-27-2006, 04:19 PM.

yes I've done hindu pushups and squats and love them, but I would definitely recommed not buying from Matt Furey. That guy looks like such a scam. He charges ridiculous prices for those books and such. If you want some good workout books, I'd check out rossboxing.com. For me, right now I'm doing the workout in The Complete Guide to Navy Seal Fitness, which is another amazing workout book.

I actually just started the navy seal book, I had a few weeks of layoff looking at my shoulder and stuff and I had been using one of ross' books and taking stuff from a bruce lee prior to that. So I'm just on the first week of the 4-week warmup thing in the seals book before hitting the big 12 weeker. I don't really know anyone who's done furey, but at the ross board there was lots of talk about that site and being a scam, which is how I came to know about it in the first place. I may be a little biased, but personally I wouldn't ever buy anything from him.
