    Liver??

    Would liver like pork and lamb be a good thing to eat after a session,whit spuds to regain the few pounds lost during a work out?? Im inclined to think yes but anyone else have a veiw on this??

    I'm no nutritionist but I have always been told liver is high in vitamins, minerals, and protein. The biggest issue is...eating it

      Nah back when I used to eat meat I could really make some nice sautéed liver. Super high in everything you need so I would definitely toss it into your post session meal. It might not look appealing but it tastes absolutely fine.
