I train Mon-Thurs and occasionally Sat. An ankle injury had thrown me off my old cardio routine. I don't remember what exactly I did because it was mostly with my coach. I ran trail 2 days ago in 29 mins. It's about 3.5 miles long depending on which sidewalk you run in. I wasn't going fast, it was my first time running it so I had to test it out. I'm thinking of running it Mon(After training), Thurs(After training) and Saturday(Before training). What do you guys think and how much is this going to help me?
