Brain damage from hitting a heavy bag??? Yes I think elroy has that!



If you wrap your hands correctly and use good bag gloves you should have good results. Along with good technique so that knuckles aren't isolated and abused knowing the right way usually avoids wrong way problems in the end.
A quality bag helps too, hung at the correct height for the work planned.

What, you never practiced your headbutts on the heavy bags?

My favorite was practicing the sinister foul on the double end bag though, man once you get that thing rollin' in rythm...........
