      I feel you, mate. It's really hard to stop when you're in the zone but you gotta rest or you're just going to end up making the injury worse. Try resting for a few days and see how it goes. Use ice packs for the first few days to relieve the pain. Get well brah. Send me a private message, I'll send you a helpful article about this
