I dislike the over scientificising of sport and training these days.
What separates the best from the average is hard, hard work. It's the way it's always been and the way it always will be.
If you enjoy running then carry on running. Don't listen to idiots who'll tell you it'll reduce your T levels (oh noes!) or destroy your knees. Listen to your body, as you know it best.
