I don't get this IIFYM deal. Lets say my Macro intake for the day are 225g protein - 200g carbs - 50g fat so that's 475 total. But, what if my total caloric intake should be 2,000 what do I do with the rest, just eat fatty foods as long as I meet 2000 calories.
