What's the best way to deal with knuckle abrasions?

I get a lot of em from bag and mittwork. Sometimes it gets to a point where i actually gotta take a day or two off to let my hands recover.

Is there any way to help them recover without having to slow down training?

Are you wrapping your hands properly, and if so, have you considered using a knuckle guard?

if you are using 180'' i dont care how hard you are punching you shouldn't be scraping your knuckles

Pretty much, if you wrap your hands wrong you'll sc**** up your knuckles.

I only tore up skin once and honestly I probably wrapped them wrong. For me, not everyone is the same, I don't wrap my thumb. I put a layer or two over my knuckles then wrap over it and over my wrist.

            That's just me though.

I definitely need to look at how I wrap my hands, but is there anything that can be done to help them heal faster?

                stop using them.
good opportunity to work on something even better than hitting bags:
                footwork, shadowbox.

Chances are its not your wraps or your gloves but your poor punching technique and you don't need knuckle protectors.

I hear this so often and 99% of the time it is caused by bad technique I.E you are scraping the bag or not turning your hand over properly and only doing so just before or as soon as you make contact with the bag.

Hell most pros, most trainers even don't even know the correct manner in throwing a left hook on a heavybag and will either sc**** the bag or go too deep which will lead to even more flaws.

When you are on the heavybag, picture a block at the front of the bag around the size of your glove, not the side, not the back, the front!
Your aim is to punch through that, picture yourself punching this block out.
