Considering switching to jogs everyday in the morning before I head out to school, figure it'll wake me up and keep me up in class paying attention. Do you guys actually feel morning runs have more benefits than say late afternoon runs?

Do you find jogging in the morning better than during the day/night?

I find that running in the morning has worked for me. I am rested in the morning and I feel like I perform better because my body isn't worn out like it would be if I had gone throughout my day then run. It starts my day off better and really pumps my body up for the day ahead, not to mention the fresh morning air that fills your lungs feels great. I've always said, "as long as you do it, it shouldn't matter what time it gets done." I guess in the end it's your personal preference.
Keep on working hard!

Definitely think morning runs are better for me (about 1 hour or so after you woke up). It's light outside, you have a lot of energy and the reasons Augustane wrote above me also apply.
That being said I find my self running on late evenings, even night time sometimes because I'm good at postponing it. But it's kind of fun aswell. You can see some weird ass people late at night. Most often it's not a lot of people out and it's very calm. You can even get unsuspected adrenaline kicks. This happened to me last week, I ran in the woods and the lights were off. This alone can get you on the edge. So I'm running in the dark for about 10 minutes then I see like four-five shadows rapidly moving ahead of me and I think like "Oh ****". Then I hear pigs oinking and realize that it's about four-five wild boars running away from me. Man, I got so freakin scared and it actually helped me run faster. Wild boars can be dangerous, a woman where I live actually got chased by 15-20 of them only a week before my encounter.
