    Low fat food
    Alot of protein
    Alot of good carbs

Chicken, fish, whole wheat food (tortillas, bread, oatmeal, pasta, etc), fruits, veggies, skim milk, etc

Carbs are the primary source of energy for the body, you need plenty of those for your boxing workout.

Protein to help you repair and build muscles. Protein is like the wood used to build a house, but for our body.

Try to avoid added sugar and sugar in general.

If you want to lose weight, high fat and protein diet with carbs from fruit and vegetables only. Cut refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup out completely, along with deep fried foods. Eat small meals five times a day. If you're packing away loads of carbs, that's all you're going to burn when you exercise which won't help you with weight loss. Research Tim Ferris and Mike Dolces books and articles on modern sports nutrition to learn more. Good luck.

With your age you can eat anything you want but sugar! Training would do the rest
