ye coz they dont have enough skill to land a real hard punch on an opponent. And are you tryin to say that all these guys that say they punch real hard really punch hard?

sure some of the people CAN punch hard but being able to land those shots are two very different things.

It's not just landing the punchers thats the problem. People generally punch weaker if they know someone will punch them back! They tenese up and don't throw with authority because they are more concerned with landing and then getting the guard up.

These ar problems that begginers have anyway.

Well considering im my last amateur sparring session with a guy I didn't know, he quit because I hit him one right hook which nearly dropped him. And he was the same size as me. So I'd say i've got good power.
