    OP,
try eating 6 to 8 pebbles of what you deem to be exactly the correct size for optimal ab-ness or whatever you wanna call it.
they'll sit in your stomach unnoticed until your poor opponent breaks his hands on them.
let me know how you get on.

Ill be honest I dont really do ab exercises.

I dont have a full 6 pack yet, to me getting your 6 pack, is 97.5% fat loss.

My abdominals get a workout through my other weight training, boxing movements and full body compound movements.

I love seeing fat people with rolls doing sit ups

Ive used them before, but not exactly a fan. Not against them either.

Though it wouldnt be bad to start putting them into my routine.

I've really been hardcore in CONSTANTLY changing up my workout.

I always do chest and back on tuesdays and arms and shoulders on thursdays, mostly because those are the times Im free to go to the gym... but when I do go, I do not do the same routine as I did the weak before. I am continually sore every weak and I dont ever seem to plateau... I concentrate on exercises I am the weakest at and I hit them hard.

Back to kettlebells... Would be something nice to end a workout with, Ill give it some thought, thanks.

As they say the abs are made in the kitchen. I just throw 4 sets of the ab wheel on to the end of my regular lifts on monday, wednesday, and friday so they get some iso work in on top of them getting hit during squats and deads.

And I agree it is amazing how little the general public knows about weight loss. I got a pretty commercial gym right now and 80% of the overweight people there go running for x amount of time then go to the machines to do ab work.

                  Yeah man.

                  Im working my ass off.

Tweaking my diet and my work outs.

Right now Sunday-Thursday Im taking in 1,500 calories.. I track everything to a tee.

Sunday I do pushups and body weight squats throughout the day.

Monday I do intense heavybag for 15 rounds - 1 hour.
Tuesday - 15-20 minutes of FAST jump rope, then an hour of chest and back weights.
                  Wednesday - 15 rounds boxing
Thursday - 15-20 mins Jump rope & Shoulders & Arms Weights

Friday and Saturday, I ve been relaxing on the diet and drinking alcohol.

Id ask your advice on what else I can do to drop weight faster but I already know what it is

I was about 197ish at the beginning of August.. and Im about 191-192 now... Seems to be going slow.

                  It's those friday and saturdays

I need to stay within my calories.. even if I want to have a drink, count the calories and stay in range.

I know what you mean the lingering fat I have I know is from drinking and eating ****ty foods on the weekends. I keep telling myself I'll cut it down from 2 nights to 1 night a week or go out drinking every other weekend, but it never happens.

For awhile I convinced myself I'd just order whiskey throughout the night at the bar to sip on so I wouldn't be drinking that much, I would end up just getting trashed and usually eating like crazy when I get home.

                      Exxxxxxxactly.

Though youve seen your abs... I havent.

Ive posted my p90x pics here... Ive been relatively close, and Im only about 3lbs away from those pics right now... Im really just trying to get there and I need to cut it out!

Let me ask you a question.

Does carb intake really slow fat loss down even in a caloric deficit?

I mean, if Im eating 1500 calories a day, does it matter if Im consuming carbs withing those 1,500? Or is the total calories in vs calories out really all that matters for fat loss?

If I eat the same 1,500 but decrease my carbs and just up my protein/fats?

Right now I seem to be around 120-140G of protein, 100g of carbs and 50 of fats.
