What are some good exercises to improve wrist ?

Ive normally never had wrist problems but the better my punching has gotten, the more I find my fist caving in and bending down on impact.

I also don't wanna do knuckle pushups and risk damage to my hands

    I found this on google:

    summary:
    -Wrist Curls with dumbells
    -Reverse Wrist Curls
    -Wrist Rolls
-Brush your teeth with both hands
-Wrist circles- move your wrists in a circular motion left, then right

I've got pretty thin wrists for my fist size (7 inch wrists, with 12.5 inch fists) and I've had a few fractures from throwing hard power shots at the bag. Just gotta make sure you wrap your wrists up nicely - not too tight, but focus on supporting your wrist more than padding your knuckles. Don't go too hard on the heavy bag too, like, don't just swing wildly at any part of the bag. Identify a "safe" place to hit and a good angle to throw from and work on speed and technique more than anything. It's safer to throw power shots when someone else is holding the bag so it's not swinging.

It's the reverse wrist curls which train the back of the wrist and extensor muscles of the digits that will add stability.

Let the heavy bag and the pulling exercises (pull ups etc) done as part of a normal routine strengthen the front of the wrists (palm side) which helps gripping power and juat do some reverse wrist curls with a full stretch to achieve stability.

Wrist rolls are the best all in 1 exercise to strengthen all at once!

RiC-DiC kinda summed it up great advice... The way you wrap your hands could be an issue and honestly get some these gloves "Hayabusa Elite 2.0 16 oz. Gloves Brownit" I got to get another pair cause for training it like pillows on your hands trust me you want to protect your hands for 20 years down the road. I have had problem personally with alot of boxing gloves. Also look into getting some fish oil and trifelx and ice your hands after long workouts.

Also work on your forearms and if you are able, do pushups on your finger tips.
