Any body regularly work on a special technique specifically with this in mind? I dont at all. I do all my training in my 16oz sparring gloves and my hands do get sore every now and then whether it be from the heavy bag, pad work, or sparring.

To answer the original question: I have a spring-tension hand strengthener called The Captain of Crush. I keep it at work and squeeze it closed during the day.
