    Do you work on strengthening your fists/hands?

    Any body regularly work on a special technique specifically with this in mind? I dont at all. I do all my training in my 16oz sparring gloves and my hands do get sore every now and then whether it be from the heavy bag, pad work, or sparring.

    I use them for running, shadowboxing and for reaching the large bag. Very useful IMO, but wouldn't keep them on for a lengthy time....

      You run while wearing your 16oz gloves? I haven't heard of that being done before.

            I wear gloves while doing roadwork. You never know when you'll need to hit a pedestrian with a left hook.



            To answer the original question: I have a spring-tension hand strengthener called The Captain of Crush. I keep it at work and squeeze it closed during the day.

              I do wrist-rolls for knuckles and wrist, statics/isometric exercises for elbow and shoulder joint
