    Shadow Boxing video advices and critics welcome

    Hi, this is a video i uploaded is from the past week, i only trained like 4 months, but i have a 4 month layoff because of work.

    I wanted to see others people opinion criticism and advices are welcome.

    Note: I can't post the video because i dont have enough activity to post links form another site.

        tuck that chin, finish your punches and watch out for left hooks. A simple feint and you'll be eating left hooks for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Why have your right hand on the left side of your face when a properly tucked chin and a slightly raised shoulder will protect you just the same. I have no comment on the 'trunks' that you chose................ Rockin'

          Thanks for the first reply now to the answer:
          -I feel the same about my punches i think i need to fully finish it but i feel like i was throwing at full, you suggest me to train in some special way? like throwing a jab and pause at the moment the punch ends to see if im throwing correctly?

            I didn't look at the link.

            Trust me when I say to get that hand right on the side of your chin (on the right side of the chin) and keep it there until you need to throw it or catch a jab. You'll catch hooks that you didn't even see coming if it's in the right position. The glove will absorb most of the initial impact. When you see a hook coming just open the glove and the side of your head will be protected. Anyone could feint a straight right and nail you with hooks all night long with that hand on the left side of your face. Just sayin'.....

            With the trunks I can see your peter sticking out. God help you if you pop some wood...........Rockin'

                it's all about repitition and practice. Maybe you should not worry so much about the speed right now and just make sure that you are turning them over.

                practice will not make perfect, but perfect practice certainly will.

                slow it down, finish your shots and turn them over properly. Do it slow for 6 rounds or so every time you practice. Do it properly and your muscles will remember and then you don't even have to think about doing it right, you just will when you turn up the speed.................. Rockin'

                  lol @ that jab. and lol @ rockin checkin out your wang. (just kidding rockin)

                  lack some head movement, you are moving like you are made of tin. loosen up a bit, get a bounce going, mix up combinations. Most importantly though, by far, go through a full motion on your punches. do it slowly first, speed comes naturally. full extensions, not with force, or you will hypextend, just full motions, on all punches, unless you hit the gym everyday, you need to seal full motion into your muscle memory. Just practice. If you moved like that in a sparring session I would devour you. no idea what weight you are but I would hit you about 8 times and pivot before you know what hit you. Anyway overall looking pretty decent.

                    Im gonna write flaws as i see them.

                    1. You need to fully commit to your right hand when you throw it. You look scared when u throw it.

                    2. u see that little habit u have of touching the tip of ur nose with ur right hand when trying to slip punches...yeaaa thats u trying to be floyd jr, stop that ****. i used to do similar stuff.

                    3. tuck ur damn chin in, ecspecially when u throw punches

                    4. stop moving ur hands all over th ep[lace when ur not throwing.

                    5. switch it up more, all ur doing is jab jab jab right hand
