work for 3 minutes straight, take a rest, work for 3 minutes.... simulate a match.

Where's shadowboxing? No speed bag? Personally, I'd do;
* 3-5 rounds shadowboxing
* 3-5 rounds double end
* 6-8 rounds heavy bag
Then do some things like ladder drills, slip lines, etc. Then jump rope, then exercises. Also, when doing your abs, you should be doing different exercises to hit different parts of your abs (obliques, solar plexus, etc). For the other exercises, focus on plyometric/explosive type exercises. I'll let you do your research there.
