Is it ok to just dip my should to slip?

A famous fighter who trains with roach said just dip your shoulder when throwing a cross to throw a slip cross.

Another guy said dip your shoulder to throw an overhand right. (overhand as in comming down opposite of a bolo body punch)

Another guy said do it to throw a slip hook be it left or right.

When I dip my shoulder im slipping from the obliques a bit like Tyson is, is this ok to do it feels easy and natural dosnt ruin my stance in anyway or my ability to follow up!

I'm just f-cking with u but seriously u need to chill with the threads a bit. Nothing wrong with being enthusiastic and wanting to know all u can but mosta these threads can be answered by actually going to a gym and seeing for yourself what works and what doesn't.

If you wanna torque like Tyson then you better have the power to do so. What he did came from the aspects of hips and leg power also and technique of pivoting.
