Has anyone ever tried Powerful Yogurt?

This yogurt has 20g of protein in a single cup.

No but I've heard of it (I have NO idea where they sell it though...). If I recall it has about 200 cals per cup? I'd have to look it up but I eat the new Dannon Light and Fit greek yogurt. 12 grams per cup at 80 cals. I eat two. Seriously helps the sweet tooth (I only eat the strawberry kind..love that ish). It's actually great tasting too...

No difference between that and standard low-fat/no-fat Greek yoghurt except they're charging 4 times the price.

Yes, it is pretty expensive. I love my $1.10 chobani greek yogurt.

Never tried it. I have however been drinking kefir which has more probiotics than yogurt.

How the hell can you get 20g of protein in signal one cup.
I mean i eat alot of meat but i couldn't wage in singular volume like a cup of yugurt to have packed 20g of proteins that's crazy.

Just one question is too much protein bad for you? i mean i heard having an overdose of calcium will actually mess up your bones or something.

But that stuff only has about 200g in size but i reckon since i have a pretty big gutt to fill i'd probably can eat 4 times that size.I'd be consuming 80g of proteins or more if i was training 4 to 6 hours i can easily burn off the excessive calories.

Eating too much protein can be hard on your kidneys. But unless you are a bodybuilder on PEDs you don't really need to be eating huge amounts anyway. I've read that you can maximize muscle gains by taking in between 120 and 130 grams.
