My 35 minutes workout, rate it !

    Hi,

i sometimes go to the boxing gym pretty early just to warm up or do workouts before i start sparring or start to do the real training.

My workouts are intended to have a length of 35 min in total.

3x3 minutes Rope skipping with intervals ( double jumps, criss cross, side swings)

    --30 seconds rest between rounds

3x2 minutes shadow boxing with intervals (speed punches, power punches)

    --30 seconds rest between rounds.

    5x2 minutes heavybag workout.

    30 seconds rest between round

    3x1 minutes abs workout.

    --10 seconds rest

    Total time: 34 Minutes.

Tell me what's wrong with it or if i should add things/changes things up.

Well, it is not entirely clear how intensive is your workout actually, but sounds like you are in a good shape to pull this off

I'm not in a good shape at all, i have to lose 6KG to get in my top shape.

I'm 75KG now. But since my normal trainings are more intensive than this, i can definately do this. This is more likely a warming-up for me.

Not bad... so as long as everything is done with quality (i.e. intensity).

run intervals and/or hills on the treadmill for 35 minutes after you've done all that - once you've worked up to it. not enough intensity or endurance for your legs in my opinion.

also, if you're training for 2 minute rounds (hypothetically) then do train like you're training for three. in other words: make your sets of shadowboxing, jumping, etc. 3 minutes long instead of two minutes.
