Have any you guys used kinesio tape before? And if so whats was the results?
My left shoulder is bothering me when I workout. Its not that painfull but its enough that its bothersome. My left shoulder has always been bad since I was a kid but it never hurt me before. When I shadow box or hit the heavy bags I feel like its getting worse, so I stopped going to the gym for the last couple weeks but I still feel like my shoulder hasn't got any better. It even kind of hurts when run on the treadmill. I should probably go to the doctor but I don't have insurance.
I've been trying to do exercises that workout my shoulders but I just started this week. Im going to keep trying to strengthen my shoulders and see if it starts to feel better.
If anyone has suggestions I would really appreciate it .
