So I twist my hips stay loose, loosely hold my arm up at 90 degrees for say a hook punch, then just before impact what do I do?
Im trying to go through the bag, but how long do I drive through?
Should I add upper body and arm strength right at the momet of impact or should all the force becomming ONLY from my legs hips and torso?
I apon impact push with my arm and upper body, and try to drive through for about 3+ seconds, I thought this might be ok because ive powered it from the hip 1st and up until impact I have kept my arms and upper body very loose and so havnt lost any speed?
