The differing opinions of Barry and Ray are a pretty metaphor for boxing in general, there truly is no right or wrong only what works, like Barry said a great trainer will adjust how he trains his fighter based on what will benefit him specifically as opposed to having a specific training style and trying to make everyone into a KO artist(used as an example, they could just as easily be trying to turn everyone into a counter puncher or a boxer who moves alot).

Wow, he doesn't use proper form or throw with full power! How did he manage to retire undefeated?

I appreciate Barry making these threads, he's teaching numerous styles. He doesn't just post a gagillion videos doing Mayweather mittwork like some trainers do on the net, but he makes videos that break down the basics, conditioning drills, coordination drills, and now he's even breaking down training videos of other great fighters and trainers.
Not trying to suck up, haha, but it pains me to see others who aren't even accomplished knocking what's proven to work.

How are these methods proven to work? Pad work is not the be all and end all in a boxers program.

I have been working on my approach and more recently being a brand as opposed to me being the forefront person for what I do online. It seems I get people that dislike me for whatever reason. I have to admit, it's confusing because my intentions are pure especially regarding boxing and being an advocate for versatile, smart boxing training.
Like you have said I post a variety of things here on this forum, my fb page, and my youtube channel. However for some reason some folks tend to focus negatively on a microcosm of my entire system. Maybe I'm the culprit as I have posted quite a few mitt work session up.
Anyways, thanks for the kind words. Most folks wait to give you flowers until you die. If my message has gotten across to just you, then I have done my job. We never met and to build with somebody, make a friend, share a passion globally is awesome.
Let's move on from the negativity. Stay positive with new post. Its hard for me too but I will resist feeding into it.

However, I think you come across as a bit of know it all. I could imagine you walking in to the gym of Dundee's, Arcel's or Cus De Mato's and telling them they are doing things wrong haha - I joke.
Your style of teaching comes across to me as if you are preaching sometimes.
Another thing that bothers me slightly is I don't think your intention are pure per se. What I mean by this is, I don't think you are putting your videos out simply because you want to share your knowledge - It seems the main reason you are just putting them out is to advertise yourself and make money in the future - nothing wrong with this though and good luck with it.
TBH most of the internet trainers get on my nerves a bit for a couple of reasons but mainly because many of them seem to lack any long-term experience but yet think they have all the answers.
I must admit I like the work of Fran Sands (MyBoxingCoach) and Jason Van Veldhusan (TripleVVV). Both of these coaches come across as being humble and willing to consider other opinions. Neither give me the impression that they think they know it all.
Just thought I would give you my opinion - I know I have made lots of assumptions and many of them are probably wrong - but just wanted to share my view as others may feel similar.
Good luck with your work though mate - It's clear you love your boxing and spend lots of time trying to further your knowledge. You are clearly an intelligent guy and you like to think outside the box - You will make a very, very, very good coach (not saying you aren't a good coach already) if you keep working hard.
Just my opinion. Not trying to be a **** here mate. Just thought it may be helpful in the long run.

A trainer with no experience has to walk on egg shells and tread slowly. I get to say do this it works because I have experience training athletes. I suggest you watch my series "What the heck is an internet boxing coach"
