    Cardio exercises!!!

    Hey friends!!!
    According to me that cardio exercises has own importance for keep fitness.
    Most of the people in the world like the cardio exercise work.It is the
    best for weight loss of the body and fitness.I like these cardio exercises
    like,...
    1 Swimming
    2 Cycling
    3 Running
    4 Push up..

    Intensity is the best for fat loss so running fast not long and slow .HIIT high intensity interval training is quality .You can do jump rope intervals , punch-outs heavybag , burpees , shadowbox etc .I recommend you buy this best fitness book for me on the market all about conditioning .

      High rep dumbell swings is another good alternative cardio explained in full throttle conditioning .T-bar is better though I used to swing a dumbell .Defintley recommend for fitness and fatloss ( full throttle conditioning ) .

        There are lots of cardio exercise that we can do even in our house. The best thing you can do is running since you will sweat here more and really good for the heart.

              personally, aside from sprinting, a jump rope and green tea should be a part of everybody's daily routine. it's done wonders for me and some of the people who I work with.

                    in cardio i like running and swimming the most,although all kind of physical workouts,games and exercises are very beneficiary for our health and body,that's why i always try to engage myself in some kind of exercises on regularly basis which maintain my body in proper and efficient way.
