    Can I ask you what you views and principles are on shadow boxing with weights. I see you have your guys do this alot. what do you believe this will help your guys with? just curious

        And by the way, the student is not shadowboxing in the video. If you want to see videos of Ole shadowboxing. Go to my channel and search "Ole Shadowboxing" wait, i'll get that for you... at the end of this video he is shadowboxing.
