    Gatorade Chews?

Have you guys seen these Gatorade Energy Carb Chews? They're supposed to give you energy, and you eat them before a competition or training. You think I should take one before my fight?

I've tried the chews, but I prefer the liquid drink version better. I use the drinks before I train each and every day. Its not really an energy drink, just a bunch of carbs, which in turn will give you some energy to burn.

lol I saw this old ***** eat like 6 of these things on a fun run recently.

In my opionion they're not going to do much. You're body isn't going to burn anywhere near the energy that you have stored in your body during a fight, so there is no need.

If you plan to run for 2+ hours then that's a different story and these bad boys could help you out.

But feel free to take before a fight, they're not going to do any harm.

Best advice you could have gotten. This game is all about being a champion of mind, and even if its a placebo and it makes you feel better do it. Look good, feel good, fight good.

People now a days are all into the science of the fitness and all that, they talk about distance runs being useless and such. Distance runs are about more than the conditioning, when I get up at 445 and run its just me out there thinking, visualizing, dreaming, etc. Its all about the mental struggle, because in the end we all do basically the same workouts to get ready.

        Champion of mind.
