    Workout plan

    Hi could anyone help to make a workout plan for me? I have 24-7 avalaible but I just don't know where to start..

    My gym has 3 boxing classes a week ; Monday Tuesday and Thursday, Monday 6;30 pm and the other days 7;30pm

    I just don't know how to start, probably wake up 5 am to jog but after that I do what? Note: I have no heavy bag or whatsoever the only thing im hitting is trees with some newspaper on it..

    What do I do after jogging till 6pm I just don't know how to fill out my day

    quit hitting trees

    go to the classes and see how you feel 'cos Im guessing youre just starting out

    if ure not too sore then work on stamina with jogging and sprinting/HIIT, or do some bodyweight exercises. That type of stuff

    you dont need to train 24/7, its not like jog at 6am.. go hit bags at 7am...8 am 500x sit ups... all throughout your day. Overtraining is easy to do but costly

      Hi thanks for your reply,

      I already do take classes I am going to a pretty good gym that has made some big names so the training is pretty tough. But yes, this is my first month in the gym I wanted to dedicate my self fully on boxing now since I got no school and I am 18 years old atm but really want to break through
