          What type of workouts?

I remember someone on here mentioning getting headaches in general when doing more sparring than usual because of preparing for a fight. Not sure how common that is.

I get a 30 second headache whenever I do a forward roll. Can't think of any other time it's happened though.

              Eat or drink more.

Most likely it has to do with either being dehydrated or not enough energy.

                  Hi larry,
I think you are not focusing your diet plans and sleeping schedule. Watch what you eat and take adequate amount of proteins, minerals and energy your body required for physical activity. Do sleep for 7/8 hours in a day.

lack of oxygen? lack of energy? lack of water? are the best guesses.
