What sort of supplements I should use during training?
are you actually boxing or are you just in the gym to get in shape?
if youa re actually boxing and have to worry about weight ETC you wont be likely to take any real supplements outside of perhaps a multivitamin, etc
do not bother in that case.
creatine
protein
fish oil, etc all of this stuff will put lbs on you, and thta's exactly the opposite of what you'd be looking for if you are boxing. if you box you will be boiling your body down, not building it up
if you're just looking to get in shape you can take whatever the hell you want
protein is good for the morning, before bed, and most importantly right after you work out // lift wegihts
it will help your muscles build and recover
creatine will likewise help you build muscle and recover (it will really help to make you less sore,)
any training is a process by which the body is broken down, allowed to heal, and subsequently fortified.
