My week training is:
Monday - Strength Routine Day 1 (3x5 each exercise) -> Squats - Bench press - Hang High Pull (if I can 30 min running)
Tuesday - 30 min sparring and 1 hour of boxing class
Thursday - 30 min running and 1 hour of boxing class
Friday - Strength Routine Day 2 (3x5 each exercise) -> Dead Lift - Military Press - Pendlay Rows and 30 min running
What can I do on Wednesday?, I think about a Crossfit workout...but which?
Or maybe shadow boxing with weight hands?
